    • Flavours emulsions are a perfect substitute for regular essences in recipes.
    • Generally; 1 teaspoon extract is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of Lorann Emulsions.
    • Bakery emulsions are flavours suspended in water as opposed to extracts which are flavours suspended in a base containing mostly alcohol.
    • Bakery Emulsions are not compromised by the flavour of alcohol and don't "bake-out" when exposed to heat like an extract.
    • Use emulsions to flavour cookies, cakes, pastries, frostings, glazes, fondants and filling centres.
    • Gluten Free and Sugar Free and soluble in water.
