We ship our products throughout Australia using Australia Post E-Parcel & various couriers. We will always select the fastest method for your parcel.
All orders are allocated a tracking number which can be tracked directly through the link that you receive.
All orders need to be signed for on delivery, if residence/address is unattended, the package will be carded and collection will be required from the appropriate Australia Post outlet in your area. It is your responsibility as a customer, to provide the correct address details. We take no responsibility if your order is wrongly delivered - if that is the address you provided us with.
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
When orders contain bulky items or large quantities, it may be necessary to ship in more than one box which incurs additional e-parcel charges.
Cake Decorating Central reserves the right to pass these additional charges on to the Customer, and in this instance you will be contacted prior to despatch to discuss.
