How to Become a Wholesale Customer

CAKE DECORATING CENTRAL ARE CURRENTLY NOT TAKING NEW APPLICATIONS

Wholesale Customer status at Cake Decorating Central is available to qualifying Cake and Food Businesses. In order to qualify for our Wholesale Discount, you must be an ABN holder and have a business name and certificate in a designated Cake or Food related business.

The qualifiying business types include:

Cake designer and Maker
Cupcake Business
Cookie Business
Cafe, Cake Shop or Caterer

If your business does not fall into any of the above mentioned categories but you feel that you are still a related food or cake business, please contacts us by email and we will happily discuss this with you.

Wholesale Customer status means, that as an approved Wholesale Customer you will receive up to 20% discount on many of our products. There are 3 levels of Wholesale Customer Discount:

Base Wholesale - spend less than $1500 per calendar year and receive 10% discount
Medium Wholesale - spend less than $5000 per calendar year and receive 15% discount
Special Wholesale - spend over $5000 per calendar year and receive 20% discount

Goods which do not qualify for the Wholesale Discount include Bakels products, handmade goods, bulk pack items and a minimal amount of other products determined at our discretion. Changes to Wholesale level are updated in January and July and are based on the previous six monthly spend.

Once approved, as a Wholesale Customer you may:

purchase goods in our stores by showing your Wholesale Customer Card, or online via the website. Please ensure that you are using only the Business details provided as the Website’s ecommerce system will be setup to apply your discount.
Choose to pre-order via the internet for pick-up or delivery, all with your Wholesale discount considered. How’s that for convenience!

Your Wholesale Customer card will be posted to you as soon as we receive and approve your application. Please allow 5 business days for us to review your documents, once received.

What Should You Do Now?
