After a long wait, we are so very excited to welcome world renowned pastry chef and cake artist Chef Benny Rivera back into our classroom for a limited series of workshops.
Hawaiian green sea turtles, or honu, are native to Hawaiʻi. They are the largest hard-shelled sea turtle in the world, reaching lengths of four feet and weighing over 300 pounds. Out of the seven types of sea turtle, the Hawaiian green sea turtle is the most common in Hawaiian waters. This coloful and beautiful defying gravity design was created with the Honu in mind.
In this workshop, students will be creating realistic sculpted designs giving students the opportunity to learn: PLEASE NOTE THIS DESIGN IS MADE FROM PRE-SCULPTED FOAM SHAPES NOT CAKE
