Shortbread Mix 15kg

^{Ingredients:-  Wheat Flour (thiamine, folate), sugar, rice flour, maize, starch, wheat starch, dextrose. Contains: GLUTEN}

^{May be present due to shared equipment, tree nuts, egg, milk, soy, sulphites and sesame.}

^{Directions:  Cream 550g Salted butter until light. Blend in the Bakels Shortbread mix on Low speed. DO NOT OVERMIX. Roll shortbread mix out to a thickness of 10mm. Cut to desired shape. Place shapes on ungreased baking tray. Bake at 180 Deg C for approx 18 minutes. 1kg yeilds approx 46 biscuits when scaled at 30g}
