1. Combine 1/2 cup of Icing Mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water.
2. Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is acheived.
3. Add more water to thin icing or more powder to thicken icing in 1/2 teaspoon increments.
To Dry Faster or Slow down your Drip: add more powder in 1/2 teaspoon increments and mix thoroughly to remove any lumps.
