If you cancel 14 or more days before your workshop, you'll get full store credit or you can transfer to another workshop. Cancel within 14 days and you'll receive store credit or an exchange for another workshop. Within 7 days of the workshop, we'll do our best to find another student to take your spot, but if we can't, we're unable to offer a credit or refund.

If we cancel a workshop and there's no alternative available, you'll get a full refund. Same goes if we reschedule and you can't make the new date. In the case of low enrolments, a class may be cancelled up to 48 hours before it starts. Either way, we'll always contact you at least 24 hours in advance by text or phone call to confirm any changes.

Every workshop needs a minimum of four students to go ahead. If a workshop doesn't reach that number and has to be cancelled, we'll get in touch with enrolled students two days in advance and give you a full refund.

We sometimes take photos during our workshops to use on our website, social media, and in brochures. If you'd rather not be photographed, just let your teacher know at the start and we'll make sure you're kept out of frame.
