Australia had just what she wanted to represent the More brand, starting with the all too important Limoncello, which makes up over 60% of the cakes that leave her studio.
Coconut Bliss - an ode to Monica's bestie as Coconut is her fav, this one was hard to lock down to get the right flavouring. Think Malibu on steroids! Monica even adds this one to coconut macarons, coconut cake and ganache to enhance the flavours even more!
