How to Use:
Microwave:
- Remove lid and seal.
- Microwave 20 seconds, squeeze, then heat another 20 seconds and shake.
- Continue in 10-second bursts until fully melted.
Boiling Water:
- Place bottle in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Shake and massage until melted.
Reheating & Storage:
- Reheat as needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 years.
