Merlyn from Dulce Trio Cakes has create yet another stunning buttercream masterpiece for our Christmas workshop series. Complete with a beautifully modeled front door, piped evergreen trees, and a lush buttercream wreath crowned with a bright red bow.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to stack round cakes, ganaching them to create a tree shape over 20cm tall! You will then give it a textured cover with our favourite swiss meringue buttercream product, Cake Cream and create piped buttercream details. Final details including fondant bows that you will model plus festive sprinkles will be added to complete your masterpiece!
Everything is included in this workshop and you’ll leave with your beautifully decorated Christmas cake and the skills to recreate the magic at home!

Cancellations
A class credit will be given for cancellations more than 5 days out from the workshop.
A class credit cannot be given for cancellations within 5 days of your workshop commencing. If you are unable to make the workshop you can give your position to someone else to use or we can try and sell the position online prior to the workshop. If sold a refund will be given for the original position.
Unfortunately, there is no exception for sickness or change of circumstances.
Each class has a minimum of 5 students required for it to be viable to run. If the workshop is cancelled by CDC a full refund will be given.
