Directions: Cream 550g Salted butter until light. Blend in the Bakels Shortbread mix on Low speed. DO NOT OVERMIX. Roll shortbread mix out to a thickness of 10mm. Cut to desired shape. Place shapes on ungreased baking tray. Bake at 180 Deg C for approx 18 minutes. YIELD approx 46 biscuits when scaled at 30g
