Over the Top Professional Series Silky Smooth Icing is a Swiss-Meringue style frosting.

The luxurious ready-to-use icing promises a Silky Smooth texture, making it ideal for flawless cake covering. It is pure white in colour with no added titanium dioxide.

Icing has a natural vanilla flavour and a mildly sweetened formula. Not only is it easy to flavour and colour, it is also lower in oils & fats than other icings, therefore, easier to use and much easier to clean up after decorating.

It has an extended shelf life of 15 months from manufacture

Can be refrigerated once opened for upto 6 months, then bring back to room temperature to use.
