Christmas Bauble Cake with Savvy Cakes, Saturday 13th December, 10am-2pm, Castle Hill

Step into the festive spirit with our enchanting Christmas Bauble Cake Decorating Workshop! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to turn simple half ball mud cakes into a dazzling showstopper shaped just like a classic Christmas tree bauble.

Guided by experienced cake artist, Lena McKechnie of Savvy Cakes you’ll learn techniques for creating perfectly smooth sphere shaped ganache, fondant coverings, adding shimmering finishes, and crafting delicate decorative details such as a bow and Merry Christmas lettering, and finished with a foam hanging loop topper that you have modelled. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned baker looking to refine your skills, this workshop is designed to spark creativity and bring a touch of magic to your festive decorating.

Everything is included in this workshop and by the end of the session, you’ll walk away with your very own beautifully decorated bauble-shaped cake ready to impress family & friends or gift to someone special.

Cancellations
A class credit will be given for cancellations more than 5 days out from the workshop.   

A class credit cannot be given for cancellations within 5 days of your workshop commencing.  If you are unable to make the workshop you can give your position to someone else to use or we can try and sell the position online prior to the workshop.  If sold a refund will be given for the original position. 

Unfortunately, there is no exception for sickness or change of circumstances.

Each class has a minimum of 5 students required for it to be viable to run.  If the workshop is cancelled by CDC a full refund will be given.
