Cake Decorating Central has a Refund & Exchange Policy as per Fair Trade direction.

In simplified terms our policy is as follows:
Refund is applicable if the product purchased:
- Does not meet the specifications or description given for its use
- Is faulty and a replacement product is not available
- Is out of date when purchased or within 14 days of expiration of use by date
A refund is not applicable if the consumer contributed the breakage of the product.
A refund is not applicable just for changing your mind. In these circumstances an exchange for other products or a credit note will be offered only.
For online orders:
The above refund policy applies for online orders as long as item is returned to Cake Decorating Central for proof.
Exchange of products can occur as long as products are returned to Cake Decorating Central. All freight charges for the return of the product and the sending of the exchanged product are at the expense of the customer.
