Whether you're just starting out or looking to perfect your technique, this class will take you step-by-step through the process of achieving that flawless ganache finish bakers dream of.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Achieving crisp edges and a seamless finish

  • Tips for getting that rich, velvety chocolate texture

  • Decorating with style: working with modern elements like spheres and fans

All materials are included. Just bring your passion for cake—and leave with a masterpiece.

You will take home your competed 6 inch extended height round chocolate mud cake to share with family and friends the skills you have learned.

At the conclusion of the workshop you can shop in our well stocked store with a 15% exclusive student discount.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR WORKSHOPS

Cancellations
A class credit will be given for cancellations more than 5 days out from the workshop.   

A class credit cannot be given for cancellations within 5 days of your workshop commencing.  If you are unable to make the workshop you can give your position to someone else to use or we can try and sell the position online prior to the workshop.  If sold a refund will be given for the original position. 

Unfortunately, there is no exception for sickness or change of circumstances.

Each class has a minimum of 5 students required for it to be viable to run.  If the workshop is cancelled by CDC a full refund will be given.
