In this two tier workshop you will learn so many techniques and tips from Karen Stack, our highly experienced instructor.
Learning outcomes:
- Torte, stack and ganache using the lid method
- Stacking cake using a centre dowel for support
- How to use the loyal guide and equipment
- Covering cake with fondant using the wrap method
- Texturing fondant
- Application of texture using royal icing and gold lustre
- Adding detail with wafer paper and lustre
You will take home an extended tier 6 inch cake that is ganached and a 5 inch fake cake foam top tier.
