Fondant Filler Flowers Mini Workshop with Kylie - Castle Hill - Tuesday 11 November, 2025

Filler flowers are the perfect way to fill in small parts of your cake projects or to add to your cupcake or cookie designs.  In this 2 hour mini workshop you will learn how to model fondant and gumpaste to achieve a basic rose, star jasmine, blossom and daisy using minimum tools.  

The skills you will acquire are as follows:

• What is the difference between fondant and gumpaste?
• Modelling gumpaste to make a variety of filler flowers that require minimum tools
• Model a basic small rose and leaves using cutters and veiners
  

You will take home a range of filler flowers for you to use in your next cake project.  The design in the image is to illustrate the use of the completed flowers but you will not be taking home a covered cake..

At the conclusion of the workshop you can shop in our well stocked store with a 15% exclusive student discount.

Workshop is being held at 2/5 Harbord Road, Campbelltown

Cancellations
A class credit will be given for cancellations more than 5 days out from the workshop.   

A class credit cannot be given for cancellations within 5 days of your workshop commencing.  If you are unable to make the workshop you can give your position to someone else to use or we can try and sell the position online prior to the workshop.  If sold a refund will be given for the original position. 

Unfortunately, there is no exception for sickness or change of circumstances.

Each class has a minimum of 5 students required for it to be viable to run.  If the workshop is cancelled by CDC a full refund will be given.
