

Merlyn from Dulce Trio Cakes has create yet another stunning set of cupcakes for our Christmas workshop series. There are so many techniques involved in creating these beautiful treats.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to pipe beautiful swirls and ruffles with our favourite swiss meringue buttercream product, Cake Cream. You will then learn how to create decorations using isomalt, wafer paper and fondant moulds, finished off with festive sprinkles!
Everything is included in this workshop and you’ll leave with your 6 beautifully decorated cupcakes and the skills to recreate the magic at home!

Please wear closed in shoes and it is best not to wear loose, dangling sleeves or excessive jewelry.

Cancellations
A class credit will be given for cancellations more than 5 days out from the workshop.
A class credit cannot be given for cancellations within 5 days of your workshop commencing. If you are unable to make the workshop you can give your position to someone else to use or we can try and sell the position online prior to the workshop. If sold a refund will be given for the original position.
Unfortunately, there is no exception for sickness or change of circumstances.
Each class has a minimum of 5 students required for it to be viable to run. If the workshop is cancelled by CDC a full refund will be given.
