Foam dummy shapes are extremely versatile and these shapes are made of high quality compressed polystyrene so they are very sturdy.
Foam cone shapes can be used as a base for macaron, strawberry, croquembouche towers and also for structures. Buttercream icing, royal icing and chocolate can also be adhered to the sides of our foam shapes.
To adhere fondant icing or gunpaste; lightly cover your tier with water or piping gel.
This shape is 450mm high with a base that is 135mm wide
