    Easy to use!

    This was my first time covering a cake in fondant, and it went well! I kneaded the fondant a bit to loosen it up, then rolled out on a cornflour covered surface. This fondant didn’t stick even on an 80% humidity day in Sydney! Also tasted really nice.
