This is a really fun workshop! In this workshop you will learn:
Fundamentals of swiss meringue buttercream including making a stable buttercream, colouring and piping.
Decorate 6 cupcakes using a variety of decorative piping tips to achieve these fun designs
Torte a rectangle mini slab cake and pipe a layer of buttercream
Achieve a smooth finish on the top of the mini slab
Make a fondant tie decoration and stencil it for a patterned effect.
Package into a wonderful presentation ready to give to your favourite dad!
