ABOUT ORDERS

We try at all times to have all products on this website in stock ready to despatch, however we are at the mercy of many suppliers which can result in a delay in getting the goods to despatch.  Customers will be advised of any delays via email at time of receipt of order. 

Any goods not in stock will be placed on back order unless otherwise advised and sent to customers at no additional charge, unless postage of these items is excessive.

 

The process for placing orders on this Website is as follows:

1.  Order selection placed on the Website using Shopping Cart

2.  When Proceeding to Checkout, you are connected to a secure Global Transaction Server with 128bit SSL Security where you will complete your Order and Delivery Details

3.  For Credit Card Payments, the Credit Card Details are processed through the secure Global Transaction Server to us via an email where we manually process the transaction.  A receipt will be posted with your Tax Invoice and items of your order.

 Please note:  All Prices are subject to change and advice will be given when processing orders placed through our website. 

REFUNDS


If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.


GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.


METHOD OF REFUNDS
Cake Decorating Central will refund to your credit card or bank account, or we can post a cheque or international money order.

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
